On June 14, 2021, at 12:48 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Raymond C, Kozlowski, 66, of Arcade, NY, for DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, no interlock device and failure to keep right.
Troopers stopped Kozlowski on Rt. 98 in the town of Java for failure to keep right. Kozlowski was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Kozlowski recorded a .20% BAC.
Kozlowski was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Java court in August 2021.
On June 11, 2021, at 1:23 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jordan L. McMurtry, 34, of Silver Springs, NY, for DWAI/Drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator and insufficient tail lamps.
Troopers stopped McMurtry on West Buffalo Street in the village of Warsaw for inadequate tail lamps.
McMurtry was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. McMurtry submitted to a breath test which recorded a BAC of 0.00%. McMurtry consented to provide a blood sample for further testing, which results are still pending.
McMurtry was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Warsaw.
