1. Motion to take the site plan review for Batavia Solar off the table
2. Application by Batavia Solar, LLC for a Special Use Permit to install a ground mounted solar system for the Genesee Gateway Local Development corp. on R. Stephen Hawley Drive, Site Plan review and Special Use Permit. Public hearing was held on February 2, 2021 and SEQR was completed on 4/20/21.
