UPDATED Information:
On March 17, 2022, Hannah L. Varshay of Cayuga Creek Rd., Alden, NY, pleaded guilty to DWAI/drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and paid a $500 fine. Varshay completed two years of counseling and probation.
Varshay was charged after an investigation into a single car accident at 1125 County Line Road in Darien, NY on March 1, 2021 at 5:36a.m.

Jay D.L. Schutt, 33, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly attempting to tackle and fight with the victim on the ground during an altercation on S. Pearl street in Oakfield on July 31, 2021 at 11:30p.m.
Schutt was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on August 2, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
