Kyle A. Hawley, 31, of Bergen, is charged with endangering the welfare of child after allegedly overdosing in the presence of a child less than 17 years old on August 20, 2021 at 8:27a.m.
Hawley allegedly overdosed on a narcotic analgesic and was provided with Narcan by emergency crews who responded to the scene. Hawley was transported to a nearby hospital.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on September 8, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Michael Q. Kaney, 38, of Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after Kaney was observed in his vehicle stopped on the shoulder of Rt. 98 in Alexander on August 21, 2021 at 12:03a.m.
He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Alexander Town Court on September 7, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
