Nathan W. Stringer, 46, of W. Linden Ave., East Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI under Leandra’s Law, four counts of aggravated DWI, DWI refusal, moving from a lane unsafely and unlicensed operation, after a one vehicle accident at 8493 Alleghany road in the Town of Pembroke on August 28, 2021 at 9:26p.m.
Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident, a vehicle into a ditch. Stringer was allegedly operating a 2006 Ford pick up with Texas plates when he was found stuck in a ditch. The pick up was occupied by four children under the age of 15.
Stringer was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 13, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Norman J. Humel, 62, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, unreasonable speed, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right and refusal to take a breath test, after a motor vehicle accident on Read road in Pembroke on July 19, 2021 at 5:22p.m.
Humel was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on September 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Antonio Santiago Jr., 43 of Ferndale Dr., Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd following the investigation into a physical domestic at Six Flags Darien Lake Theme Park in Darien on August 24, 2021 5:55p.m.
Santiago Jr. allegedly punched and pushed the victim.
He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released with a return date of September 30, 2021 in Darien Town Court.
