Ray S. Saile, 19, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after deputies on scene during a detail at Oakfield Labor Daze event, were directed to assist the Oakfield Fire Department on North Pearl street with an incident involving Saile and his girlfriend.
Saile allegedly violated a stay away order of protection out of the Town of Alabama Court, ordering Saile to stay away from his girlfriend.
Saile was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on September 13, 2021 at 6:00p.m.

Nichole D. Hall, 32, of Marlow Ave., Blasdell, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, after an incident on S. Pearl street in Oakfield on September 8, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
Hall was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is due to appear in Oakfield Town Court on October 6, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
