PRESS RELEASE
On September 7, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Matthew F. Bruenn, 35, of Middlebury, NY, for Menacing 2nd.
Troopers were contacted to investigate a menacing complaint on Bank Road in the town of Middlebury. Troopers were informed by the victim that his neighbor Matthew F. Bruenn menaced him with a gun while riding an all-terrain vehicle.
Bruenn had turned himself into the Warsaw Barracks where he was arrested and processed for menacing 2nd. An order of protection was issued to the victim.
Bruenn is to appear at the town of Wyoming Court at a later date.
