A Village of Wyoming man was arrested following a sex offense investigation involving a person under the age of 17 years old.
Kevin P. Gordon, 52, of Wyoming, N.Y. is charged with rape 3rd degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident in Middlebury.
Gordon was arraigned before Warsaw Justice Errington and was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Middlebury Court at a later date.
Sgt. Aaron Chase, Inv. Brad McGinnis, Forensic Technician Deputy Steve Miller, and Deputy Nick Wright all assisted with the investigation.
