On September 19, 2021 at 3:24 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joshua J. Salada, 24, of Silver Springs, NY for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a two-car property damage accident on Rt. 39, N. Main Street in the village of Silver Springs. Salada was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Salada refused a breath test and was arraigned in the town of Warsaw court.
Salada was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Silver Springs court.
