Walworth, 33, of Spencerport, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more/prior conviction less than 10 years, operating a motor vehicle with a .08% or more/prior conviction less than 10 years, both felonies, and driver’s view obstructed, after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy on October 10, 2021 at 5:29a.m.
Walworth was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition and was previously convicted of DWI within the last 10 years. She was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on October 21, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Sarita Gajmerkami, 28, of Chestnut Ridge, Rochester, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a a BAC of .18% or more/no priors, DWI, and failure to keep right on a two lane road, after a traffic stop at 7427 Clinton street road in Bergen on October 14, 2021 at 7:26p.m.
Gajmerkami was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of over twice the legal limit.
Gajmerkami was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with appearance tickets. Gajmerkami is to appear in Bergen Town Court on November 3, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Frances M. Reeb, 65, of Alleghany road, Corfu, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at a retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on October 14, 2021 at 3:39p.m.
Reeb allegedly swapped price tags to pay less for more expensive items.
Reeb was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 23, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
