Endangering the welfare of a child; Criminal Nuisance, 11:28 PM, Monday, August 23, 2021, Otis St. – On 10/7/2021, Brooke M. AYALA, F/36 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above charges. The arrest comes after an investigation into an incident on 8/23/2021, on Otis St. AYALA was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on October 19, 2021.  

Criminal Nuisance, 11:28 PM, Monday, August 23, 2021, Otis St. – On 10/7/2021, Kelly L. WELLS, F/57 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above charge. The arrest comes after an investigation into an incident on 8/23/2021, on Otis St. WELLS was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on October 19, 2021.  

Obstructing Governmental Administration; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, 8:20 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2021, Dellinger Ave. – Devon A. WRIGHT, M/19 of Batavia, NY was arrested on 10/9/2021 for the above listed charges, stemming from an incident that occurred on 9/25/2021. WRIGHT is accused to have fled on foot from a vehicle, and locked himself inside a residence when a traffic stop was being conducted. WRIGHT was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on October 26, 2021 at 1:00PM, and released.  

Operating a motor vehicle .08% or more alcohol in blood; Driving While Intoxicated; No or inoperable tail lamps, 2:17 AM, Saturday, October 9, 2021, E. Main St. – On 10/9/2021, Anthony NATRIGO, M/23 of LeRoy NY, was arrested on charges of no tail lights, DWI, and DWI with a BAC greater than .08%. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop where NATRIGO was operating a vehicle with no tail lights. It was determined that NATRIGO was also operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. NATRIGO failed the field sobriety tests and was arrested. NATRIGO was processed at Batavia Police Department Headquarters and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on October 26, 2021, at 1:00PM.  

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; Criminal Impersonation; Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation; Failure to stop for a stop sign, 1:09 AM, Sunday, October 10, 2021, Miller Ave. – On 10/10/2021, Tommy CRAWFORD, M/32 of Rochester NY, was arrested after a traffic stop in the City of Batavia. While BPD was attempting to identify CRAWFORD, he used a fake name and was subsequently arrested. After the Batavia Police Department were able to identify CRAWFORD, it was found that CRAWFORD had several outstanding warrants issued by the City of Batavia and several more outstanding warrants issued by other police agencies. CRAWFORD was also found to have crack cocaine on his person at the time of arrest. CRAWFORD was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held with bail set at $100.00.
