On October 16, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Katherine A. O’Brien, 28, of Pavilion, NY, for felony driving while intoxicated-previous conviction within ten years.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Saltvale Road, in the town of Warsaw.
During the interview with operator O’Brien, she was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined O’Brien had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.
O’Brien failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17% BAC.
O’Brien was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court and released on her own recognizance. She is to appear in the town of Warsaw Court at a later date.
