Editrudis Zavala-Palacio, 52, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused on rape 1st degree, a class B violent felony, following an investigation into a reported forcible rape that allegedly occurred on or about December 24, 2009 at an apartment above an address on Jackson street in the City of Batavia.
Zavala-Palacio is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with another person who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.
He was arrested in July of 2021 and is being held on $200,000 A/$400,000 B/ $400,000 C.
