On October 24, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joshua R. Shaffner, 36, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
During a traffic stop in the town of Eagle, Shaffner was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Shaffner had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.
Shaffner failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17% BAC. Shaffner was released with appearance tickets for the town of Eagle court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
