Tyler L. Vanskiver, 25, of Bethany, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief 4th, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and menacing 3rd degree, after a reported disturbance at a residence in Bethany on November 2, 2021 at 3:53p.m.
Vanskiver allegedly obstructed the breathing of a victim and prevented them from calling 911 in the presence of two children.
Vanskiver was arraigned in the Town of Bethany Court in front of Judge Falcon and re-appear in court on December 1, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Catherine A. Klinkbeil, 53, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and operating a vehicle impaired by drugs at 601 E. Main street in Batavia on August 12, 2021 at 4:32p.m.
Klinkbeil was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. She will appear in City Court on November 17, 2021 at 9:00a.m.

John W. Murphy, 48, of Beaver Meadow Rd., Bergen, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly failing to surrender a firearm, pursuant to an order of protection that was issued by Stafford Town Court. Murphy was arrested on October 31, 2021 and released on recognizance.
