Arrests

Criminal Mischief 4th; Criminal Trespass 3rd; Conspiracy 6th, 4:00 AM, Saturday, August 28, 2021, E. Main St. – Hannah R. ROBERTS, F/18 of Fulton NY, was arrested by Detective Ivison following an investigation into the forced entry at “Go ART” in August of 2021. Roberts is accused of conspiring with another person to break a window and illegally enter the property in the middle of the night. The subjects were captured by security cameras and identified as the same two subjects who broke a window and trespassed at Rolling Hills Asylum a short time after the Go ART incident. Nothing was reportedly stolen. Ghost hunting appears to be the motive. Investigator Forsyth of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.

Menacing 2nd Degree; Harassment 2nd Degree, 12:28 AM, Monday, November 29, 2021, Porter Ave. – On 11/29/2021, Officer POST arrested Peter L. JACKSON, M/55 of Batavia NY, for menacing in the second degree and harassment in the second degree after Jackson allegedly pushed a female and then menaced her with a kitchen knife. Jackson was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers who released him on his own recognizance with a return court date of 12/21/2021 at 2:00 PM.

Harassment 2nd , 7:03 PM, Saturday, December 4, 2021, Bank St. – On 12/4/2021, Officer POST arrested Leonard CONNER, M/62 of Rochester NY, for harassment 2nd after he allegedly punched another male in the face during an argument. Conner was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of 12/21/2021 at 1:00PM in Batavia City Court.

Harassment 2nd; Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd, 10:00 PM, Wednesday, November 24, 2021, Cherry St. – Jorden PRESCOTT, F/27, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into a complaint where she allegedly grabbed a Probation Officer and obstructed them in performing their lawful duties. Prescott was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 12/21/2021 at 1:00 PM and released.

Open Burn Violation, 3:52 PM, Friday, November 19, 2021, Union St. – Nathan MANIACE, M/77 or Batavia NY was arrested on the above listed charge following an investigation into a complaint where he allegedly had an open burn in the backyard of his residence and was burning unapproved materials. Maniace was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 12/14/2021 at 1:00 PM and released.  

Petit Larceny, 5:41 PM, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, E. Main St. – On 12/08/2021, Gerome J. REDMOND, M/40 of Batavia NY, was arrested for petit larceny following an incident where he allegedly stole items from a local business. Redmond was released on an appearance ticket with a return court date of 12/28/2021 at 1:00 PM in Batavia City Court.

Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, 12:13 AM, Sunday, November 7, 2021, W. Main St. – Lyndsay T. YOUNG, F/38 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above listed charge following a complaint in which she was allegedly having contact with the protected party of an order of protection. Young was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 12/14/2021, and released.

Moved from lane unsafely; No turn signal; Unlicensed Operation; Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC > 0.18%, 1:48 AM, Thursday, November 25, 2021, Fisher Park. – On 11/25/2021, Jan Luca KRUMM, M/26 of Batavia NY, was arrested following a traffic stop. During the investigation Krumm was allegedly found to be intoxicated by alcoholic beverage with a BAC of .18% of more. Krumm was issued several traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 12/7/2021 at 1:00 pm.

Criminal Contempt 2nd; Harassment 2nd, 3:05 AM, Saturday, November 27, 2021, S. Swan St. – On 12/3/2021, Justin CALMES, M/43 of Batavia NY, was arrested after an investigation into a violation of an order of protection. It was alleged that Calmes had violated two sections of an order of protection. Calmes was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in Batavia City Court on a later date.
