Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, 10:45 PM, Monday, December 13, 2021, Hutchins St. – On 12/14/2021, Tevin D. BLOOM, M/28 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that BLOOM violated an order of protection when he went to the protected person’s house. BLOOM was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 12/28/2021.

False Personation, 1:40 AM, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, Dellinger Ave. – On December 15, 2021, J’Shon K. NAEGELY, M/25 of Batavia NY, was arrested for false personation following an investigation into a welfare check on Dellinger Ave. Naegely allegedly lied to a police officer about his name and birthdate. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 12/28/2021.

Petit Larceny, 9:55 PM, Friday, December 10, 2021, E. Main St. – On 12/11/2021, Michael L. JACKSON, M/40 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny after he allegedly stole goods from a local business. JACKSON was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 12/28/2021 at 1:00PM.

Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, 8:39 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021, Elizabeth St. – Heather M. DAVIS, F/44 of Lockport NY, was arrested on the above listed charge after she allegedly contacted a protected party in an order of protection. DAVIS was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 12/21/2021, and released.

Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, 11:23 AM, Saturday, December 11, 2021, S. Spruce St. – Jordin M. SCHULTZ, M/23 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the listed charge on 12/11/2021, following a probation home search where he was alleged to have violated an order of protection. SCHULTZ was transported to the Batavia Police Department for processing and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 12/21/2021 at 1:00PM.

Harassment 2nd Degree, 11:30 AM, Friday, December 3, 2021, Lewiston Rd. – Lucas POTRZEBOWSKI, M/27, of Batavia NY, was arrested at Batavia Police Department Headquarters for the above listed charge following an investigation into a disturbance at a local business. It is alleged that POTRZEBOWSKI pushed another person to the ground following a dispute. POTRZEBOWSKI was issued an appearance ticket and released. POTRZEBOWSKI is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 1/11/2022 at 1:00PM.

Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, 8:44 PM, Monday, November 15, 2021, Redfield Parkway. – Charles A. TOMASZEWSKI, M/59 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above listed charge following a reported violation of an order of protection where it is alleged that he had contact with a protected party in an order of protection against him. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 12/27/2021 at 1:00 PM.

Petit Larceny, 9:59 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021, E. Main St. – Christopher J. DIERS, M/39, of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above listed charge following an investigation into a complaint where he allegedly stole several items from a store on E. Main St. DIERS was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 1/4/2021 at 1:00PM and released.

Bail Jumping 3rd Degree, 12:00 PM, Wednesday, April 24, 2019, W. Main St. – On 12/15/2021, Samantha E. HOSMER, F/34 of Medina NY, was arrested on a bail jumping warrant, out of Batavia City Court. She was released on her own recognizance and appeared in Batavia City Court on 12/15/2021.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration; Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Harassment 2nd Degree; Resisting Arrest, 1:11 AM, Saturday, December 11, 2021, Montclair Ave. – On 12/11/2021, Kenneth T. MARROCCO, M/29 of Batavia NY, was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident. It was alleged that MARROCCO broke the glass window of a storm door while attempting to force entry to the house. When City Police arrived on scene MARROCCO began to resist being arrested and, while resisting, it is alleged that MAROCCO kicked a City of Batavia Police Officer in the face. MARROCCO was arraigned in City Court and is scheduled to appear at a later date. A Batavia City Court Judge issued a stay away order of protection, protecting the victim involved.

Petit Larceny, 5:55 PM, Tuesday, December 7, 2021, Ellicott St. – Michael J. HILTON, M/30, no permanent address, and Tonya WEBER were arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at a local business. They were issued appearance tickets directing them to appear in Batavia City Court on 12/21/2021. HILTON was incarcerated in the Genesee County Jail on an unrelated warrant issued by NYS Parole.

Bench Warrant, 3:30 PM, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, W. Main St. – Joseph D. TURNER, M/39 of Albion NY, was turned over to the Batavia Police Department by the Albion Police Department on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear. The defendant accepted a plea arrangement to dispose of the case.

Bench Warrant, 4:15 PM, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, W. Main St. – Kay E. DILKER, F/31 of Albion NY, was turned over to the Batavia Police Department by the Albion Police Department on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on recognizance to appear 1/4/2022 at 2:00PM.

Stalking 4th Degree; Trespass, 6:00 PM, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, Swan St. – On December 8, 2021, at about 6:00 PM, Sidney C. UNDERHILL, M/72 of Batavia NY, was located in a back yard of a residence in which he does not reside. Previous complaints have been received regarding UNDERHILL watching and showing up at places where the resident was located. UNDERHILL was charged and arraigned in Batavia City Court. An order of protection was issued, and the defendant was released on recognizance to appear at a later date.

Criminal Nuisance 2nd Degree; Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Burglary 2nd Degree, 5:14 PM, Saturday, December 11, 2021, E. Main St. – On 12/12/2021, Officer POST arrested Thomas J. LEONARD, M/38 of Batavia NY, for burglary in the second degree, criminal nuisance in the second degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree after he allegedly damaged property and entered a residence during an argument. LEONARD was arraigned in front of Judge ROGERS in Batavia City Court. He was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 A, $10,000 B, and $20,000 E.
