GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man charged with endangerment after medical call

On December 8, 2021, Pavilion EMS and Mercy EMS responded to a medical call for a possible stroke at a residence in Pavilion.

Upon arrival, it was discovered by medical personnel that the patient was suffering an overdose in the presence of two juveniles. The subject allegedly used a narcotic drug causing an overdose. The subject was then evaluated by medical personnel and transported to UMMC in Batavia for an evaluation and medical treatment.

On December 17, 2021, Jason Wickson, 40, of Pavilion, was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Wickson turned himself in at the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets.

Wickson is to appear in Pavilion Town Court on January 4, 2022 at 3:00p.m.
