A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Danielle R. Tooley, accusing her of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree, a class D felony, after she knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, cocaine,weighing 500 milligrams or more on November 24, 2020 in the town of Bergen.
In count 2, Tooley is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, as a misdemeanor, after operating a vehicle on a public highway, Clinton street road, on the same date and location mentioned above, while knowing that her license and privilege to operate a motor vehicle in NYS was suspended.
