Eric J. Peluso, 45, of Bethany, is charged with assault 3rd/recklessly cause injury and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly striking a minor, causing them substantial pain.
Peluso was arraigned in Bethany Town Court on January 3, 2022 and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
Joseph O. Hutt, 32, of Rochester, is charged with DWI and speeding in a 55mph zone following a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the town of Byron on December 29, 2021 at 7:22p.m.
Hutt was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Byron Town Court on January 17, 2022 at 5:00p.m.

Michael J. Robbins, 62, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a reported larceny in progress at Walmart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on December 30, 2021 at 7:35p.m.
Robbins allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart that totaled $83.13.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
