Daniel T. Henning, 41, of Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, following the investigation of a fraud complaint on Veterans Memorial Drive on December 22, 2021 at Pawn King.
Henning allegedly falsified business documents while at the store in the Town of Batavia.
He was issued an appearance ticket is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 17, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
The case is being investigated by Investigator Erik Andre with assistance from Deputy James Stack.

Qumane J. Santiago, 23, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact, after allegedly striking another inmate at the Genesee County Jail at 14 W. Main street in Batavia on January 7, 2022.
Santiago appeared in Batavia City Court on January 10, 2022 at 9:00a.m.
