Joey R. Tatro III, 27, of Attica, was arrested on two active bench warrants issued by Batavia City Court on January 17, 2022, for criminal contempt and bail jumping.
Tatro III was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on one count in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond, or $3,000 partially secured bond. He was remanded to the jail on the second count in lieu of $1.00 cash.
Tatro III is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on January 27, 2022, at 2:30PM.

Jonathan L. Holland, 38, of Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right/two lane road and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, after a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in the town of Batavia for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
After an investigation, it was determined that Holland was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Holland was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
He will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 3, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
