Harassment 2nd, 10:00 AM, Monday, January 24, 2022, Jackson St. – Laura Lee PACER, F/36 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge following an investigation into a complaint where she allegedly harassed a neighbor. PACER was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 2/1/2022 at 1:00 PM and released.
Harassment 2nd, 5:31 PM, Tuesday, January 11, 2022, Pringle Ave. – Bleyke Z. CULVER, M/25 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above date/time, on the aforementioned charges after an incident on Pringle Avenue where CULVER allegedly struck another individual in the face during a fight. CULVER was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 2/8/2022 at 1:00 PM.
Arson 3rd; Criminal Mischief 3rd, 9:30 PM, Sunday, January 16, 2022, Bank St. – On 1/17/2022, Matthew T. ZAKRZEWSKI, M/42 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for the aforementioned charges following an investigation. ZAKRZEWSKI was previously in custody on unrelated charges. ZAKRZEWSKI was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 1/17/2022 and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of nominal bail. ZAKRZEWSKI appeared in Batavia City Court on 1/26/2022.
