Michael D. Hazzard, 31, of Scottsville, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and operating a motor vehicle with an open alcohol container, following an investigation into a domestic incident complaint on January 23, 2022, in Bergen.
Hazzard was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol in Bergen.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on February 16, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Michael D. Hazzard, 31, of Scottsville, is charged with assault 3rd degree after allegedly hitting a victim about 15 times in the face and head with a closed fist, causing physical injury to the victim.
The incident occurred on Dublin road in Bergen on January 23, 2022, at 2:30a.m.
Hazzard was issued an appearance ticket and released.
He will appear in Bergen Town Court on February 16, 2022, at 3:00p.m.

Heather N. Holbrook, 36, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a deputies responded to 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, Walmart, for a larceny complaint on January 28, 2022, at 3:49p.m.
Holbrook allegedly stole merchandise from the store.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
