NYS Police Report/Attica man jailed without bail after accident

On February 7, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Benjamin W. Lambert, 45, of Attica, NY, for driving while intoxicated, two counts of aggravated DWI/Leandra’s law, a felony charge, moving from lane unsafely and refusal to submit to a breath test.

At 1:52 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch located on Rt. 98 in the town of Attica. Lambert was placed under arrest after failing filed sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. He was reprimanded to Wyoming County Jail on no bail.

On February 12, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jasi B. Isaac-Dent, 21, of Copiague, NY on two counts of dangerous contraband, criminal possession of a controlled substance and introducing contraband into a prison.

At 5:51 p.m., Troopers received a call from the Attica Correctional Facility of a visitor who attempted to bring in contraband. Issac-Dent was in custody with an OSI investigator at the correctional facility. Isaac-Dent was turned over to the NYSP for processing. Isaac-Dent was transported to SP Warsaw for processing and arraigned in the town of Attica.

Isaac-Dent was released with appearance tickets returnable to the town of Attica court on April 4, 2022.

On February 7, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael C. Hill Jr, 30, of Warsaw, NY, for petit larceny.

At 4:54 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw were dispatched to Walmart on Rt. 19 in the town of Warsaw for a shoplifter. Loss prevention had Hill in custody. Hill was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Warsaw court on February 28, 2022.
