Tara L. Robinson, 29, of Pembroke, is charged with unlawful possession of a noxious material after deputies responded to a disturbance call on Genesee street on February 10, 2022 at 10:36a.m.
An investigation revealed that Robinson allegedly pepper sprayed another person without proper justification to do so.
Robinson was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on her own recognizance.

Rafael E. Colon, 39, of North Tonawanda, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an incident on February 5, 2022 at 8:46pm in the Town of Batavia.
Colon allegedly failed to abide by an order of protection signed by Judge Young in the Town of Batavia Court. He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on February 12, 2022 and is to re-appear in court on February 22, 2022 at 2:00p.m.
