On February 23, 2022, Johnny G. Jenison, 51, of Clinton street Cowlesville, was arrested on two active warrants out of the Town of Batavia Court from July 22, 2021.
Jenison is charged with forcible touching and failure to report a change of address. Jenison is a registered sex offender, and his last known address is 4371 Federal Drive in Batavia. He was convicted of sex abuse 1st degree in May of 1994.
Jenison was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on February 23, 2022 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He will reappear in court on April 6, 2022, at 3:30p.m.

Patricia A. Gibson, 32, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on February 22, 2022 at 2:17pm.
Gibson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 28, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
