David M. Milillo, 63, of Rochester, NY, is charged with menacing 2nd degree, after allegedly displaying what appeared to be a pistol during a business transaction at an address on Byron Holley road in Byron on September 2, 2021.
Milillo was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on March 14, 2022.
