On March 1, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jesse R. Driscoll, 36, of Avon, NY, for criminal contempt 1st, a class E-felony.
On February 16, 2022, Troopers responded to a call for an order of protection violation. Upon further investigation it was determined that Driscoll allegedly violated the order that was in place. Driscoll had contacted the complainant via phone and made threating gestures to harm the complainant. Driscoll at the time of the incident was unable to be located.
An arrest warrant was issued for Driscoll and he was located and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Driscoll was remanded to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail.
Driscoll will appear in the town of Castile Court on March 7, 2022.
