J&R Fancher Property Holdings LLC proposes to build warehouse in Pembroke

BATAVIA, NY – The Genesee County Economic Development Center (GCEDC) Board of Directors accepted an initial resolution for a proposed $3.25 million investment by J&R Fancher Property Holdings LLC at its board meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

The J&R Fancher Property Holdings LLC project includes the construction of a 52,332 sq. ft. facility in the town of Pembroke at Buffalo East Tech Park. The facility will include 45,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel warehouse building with 7,332 sq. ft. office space.

The expansion project will create four full time positions to support operations. The project is expected to generate an estimated $9 in economic activity for every $1 of public investment. The project has requested approximately $900,000 in sales, mortgage, and property tax exemptions.

A public hearing on the proposed project agreement will be held March 21 at the town of Pembroke at Pembroke Town Hall.
