Amanda B. Hopkins, 42, of Bethany, is charged with aggravated DWI/child passenger less than 16 years old, DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and moving from a lane unsafely, after a rollover accident on Ellicott street road in Pavilion on January 21, 2022.
Hopkins was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more with a child in the vehicle, resulting in a motor vehicle collision with injuries.
Hopkins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town court on March 15, 2022

Jonah T. Luplow, 19, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to maintain lane, after a traffic stop on Bank street road in Batavia on March 6, 2022 at 1:44a.m.
Luplow was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 31, 2022.
