Jordan J. Schunk, 22, of Alexander, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, moving from a lane unsafely and uninspected vehicle, after a one car motor vehicle accident on March 2, 2022 on Alexander road.
Schunk was observed sitting in the driver’s seat of his damaged vehicle roadside by deputies and the Attica Police who also responded. After an investigation, it was determined Schunk was operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
He was released with traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on April 26, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Andrew L. Coffey, 33, of Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th, after allegedly being found to be in possession of property that was previously reported stolen from Kohl’s in Batavia.
Coffey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
