Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Joseph E. Bzduch, 64, of Perry, NY on March 5th, 2022.
Following an investigation into a one vehicle accident at the intersection of South Main Street and South
Center Street, Bzduch was arrested for driving while intoxicated as well as starting unsafely and failing to
maintain his lane.
After being transported to Wyoming County Community Hospital as a precautionary
measure, Bzduch was released and processed with a return court date of April 12th, 2022, at 1:00PM.
