maple in New York, and an excellent opportunity to see how syrup goes from the tap to your
table. It’s educational, it’s fun, and you can purchase an array of maple goodies made on the

“Maple Weekends is a great opportunity for Wyoming County to showcase our many unique
farms,” said Ken Kehl, maple producer and Wyoming County Maple Producers Association
member. “Our producers have been doing this for generations, and there is an immense sense of
pride in what they do. Every stop you make, you’ll learn something new, see something
different, and hear stories about not just the maple production process, but the history of the
farm, the family and how they pour their heart and soul into making delicious maple syrup.”
