GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/March 11, 2022

Andrew M. Kos Jr., 43, of Hamburg, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after being found by deputies behind the Kwik Fill gas station in the town of LeRoy on March 10, 2022, at 8:25p.m.

Deputies encountered Kos while investigating a suspicious condition at the gas station.

Kos was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol an unable to safely operate his motor vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.

Kos was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on March 17, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Kelly L. Sprague, 26, no address provided, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 % or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a single car motor vehicle accident on Rt. 19 in the town of Pavilion on March 8, 2022, at 3:27p.m.

Sprague was arrested and released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on April 19, 2022, at 3:00p.m.

Alexander L. Baldwin, 33, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny, following an incident in the town of Batavia where Baldwin allegedly stole merchandise from a local department store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 9, 2022, at 12:47p.m.

Baldwin was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 28, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Rebecca J. Garbo, 32, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly concealing merchandise and crossing all final points of sale at Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 9, 2022, at 2:20p.m.

Garbo was issued an appearance ticket and is schedules to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 24, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Angelica M. Stanley, 33, homeless, of Rochester, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after being found to allegedly be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and Adderall that was not prescribed to her on March 8, 2022, at 11:10p.m. on Liberty street.

Stanley was issued an appearance ticket and was released. She is to appear in City of Batavia Court on March 24, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Deputy Stack and K-9 Rayzor assisted with the case along with the NYS Police.

Jayson L. Chamberlain, 37, no address provided, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection when he placed a phone call to the protected party on March 2, 2022.

Chamberlain was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on May 2, 2022, at 6:00p.m.
