GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Elba man accused of head-butting person

Matthew S. Williams, 34, of Elba, is charged with harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic dispute on March 10, 2022, at 9:15a.m.

Williams allegedly head-butted a person in the presence of a child.

He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Williams will re-appear in Elba Town Court on April 23, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Anthony D. Micucci, 27, of Alexander, is charged with five counts of criminal contempt 1st degree, criminal contempt 2nd degree, stalking 3rd degree and stalking 4th degree, after allegedly violating a complete stay away order of protection by contacting the protected party by phone and allegedly stalking them on February 26, 2022.

A warrant was issued for Micucci’s arrest, and he was taken into custody and arraigned at Pembroke Town Court on March 12, 2022.

Micucci was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.

Michael J. Elmore, 31, of Batavia, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd, after allegedly failing to obey lawful orders by deputies during an investigation at the Days Inn on Oak street in Batavia on March 13, 2022 at 4:45a.m.

Elmore was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on March 29, 2022.
