PERRY POLICE REPORT/Castile man arrested on warrant

PERRY, NY- Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Castile man following an investigation by the Perry Police Department.

On April 2, 2022, Officers Dakota Spink and David Spink of the Perry Police Department arrested John C.
Stout, 39, of Castile, NY on an arrest warrant that was issued by Honorable Tammy Kelsey in Village of Perry Court.

The arrest warrant stems from an investigation that alleged Stout violated a Superior Court Order that had previously been issued following a pattern of domestic disturbances.

Stout is charged with criminal contempt 2nd/disobeying a court order.

He was arraigned by Honorable Judge Tom McLaughlin in Town of Perry Court.

The Wyoming County District Attorney was contacted and recommended $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond, or $30,000 partially secured. However, Judge McLaughlin released Stout on his own recognizance to appear back in Perry Village Court on April 12, 2022, at 1:00pm.
