Jarrett C. Coniglio, 29, of the Tonawanda Indian Reservation, Alabama, NY, is charged with attempted murder 2nd degree, a class B felony, assault 1st degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of weapon 3rd degree, a class D felony, intimidating a witness 3rd degree, a class E felony, criminal mischief 4th degree, and menacing 3rd degree, after an incident on Sandhill road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on April 11, 2022 at 1:51a.m.
Coniglio allegedly attacked a male victim with a knife causing serious physical injury.
Coniglio was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and held without bail. He will re-appear in Court on April 19, 2022, at 6:00p.m.
The incident is being investigated by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, Investigator Erik Andre, assisted by Sgt. James Diehl, Inv. Kevin Forsyth, Inv. Ryan DeLong, Inv. Howard Carlson, Inv.
