Peter J. Gravante, 33, of Byron, NY, was arrested and charged with bail jumping 3rd degree on April 18, 2022 and issued an appearance ticket and released. Gravante will appear in Byron Town Court on May 2, 2022 at 4:00p.m. to answer the charge.

Rufus G. Johnson, 28, of Chili, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing multiple items from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, on April 24, 2022.
Johnson passed all points of sale allegedly leaving the store with the items.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
Johnson will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 24, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
