On May 6, 2022, Kevin B. Goodenough, 65, of Rochester, NY, was charged with sexual abuse 1st degree, a class D felony, after an investigation by the LeRoy Police Department into an incident that occurred on October 8, 2017, in LeRoy.
Goodenough was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court in front of Judge Feeley and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $10,000 bail, $15,000 bond or $40,000 partially secured.
He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 19, 2022.
