GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man facing felony drug charges

Tarrance Y. Williams, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree with intent to sell, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies, after an investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force into the transportation, sale and possession of crack cocaine in an around the City of Batavia.

Williams was arrested on a Genesee County Court indictment warrant on June 9, 2022.

Williams was arraigned in Genesee County Court and was released on his own recognizance.

The Genesee County District Attorney’s Office and the City of Batavia Police Department assisted in the investigation.

Andrew J. Draper, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed driver and inadequate headlights, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on W. Main street in Batavia on December 21, 2021 while allegedly impaired by drugs and with a suspended license.

Draper is scheduled to appear in City of Batavia Court on June 29, 2022, at 9:00a.m.

Jacqueline P. Olsen, 60, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more and a speeding violation/exceeding 55mph, following a traffic stop on Ellicott street road in Bethany on June 1, 2022 at 10:22p.m.

Olson was allegedly operating her vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. She will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on July 27, 2022 at 5:00p.m.
