GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Lockport man charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child

Thomas M. Busch, 45, of Lockport, NY, is charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child after an investigation allegedly discovered digital images located on an electronic device belonging to him on May 29, 2022.

Busch was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on June 28, 2022, at 4:00p.m.

Additional charges may be pending.

Constance C. Pocock, 48, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old, after a domestic incident in Stafford on June 18, 2022.

Pocock was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on her own recognizance and will re-appear in court on July 14, 2022, at 6:00p.m.

Robert L. Tullar II, 39, of Byron, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly skip scanning products at the register at Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on June 14, 2022.

Tullar was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Batavia Court on July 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

(Skip scanning is when a customer pretends to scan an item before putting it in a bag or uses a bar code from an item of lesser value and then quickly bags the more expensive item)
