Andrew J. Draper, 43, and Crystal A. Mounts, 45, both of Batavia, NY, are each charged with petit larceny after a larceny from Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on June 26, 2022.
Draper and Mounts were transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and were issued appearance tickets to appear in Batavia Town Court on July 6, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
Draper was additionally charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after being found to be in contact with a person who had a full stay away order of protection against him.

Brian J. Crawford, 48, of Methuen, MA, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .18% or more on West Main street road in Batavia on June 26, 2022. Crawford was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
