Carlos Torres, 47, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant on June 25, 2022. Torres is charged with DWI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, and unlicensed driver after an April 29, 2021 incident on Lake street in LeRoy.
Torres was processed and then arraigned in LeRoy Town Court. He was released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in court at a later date.
