Ahl was released with appearance tickets returnable to Bergen Town Court on July 13, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Dennis J. Jenks, 23, of Holley, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd, following a DWI investigation on Byron Holley road in Byron on June 30, 2022.
Jenks was allegedly physically and verbally impeding the investigation.
Jenks was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on July 11, 2022, at 4:00p.m.

Joseph M. Morelli, 53, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly striking a child in the face on June 26, 2022.
Morelli will appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 18, 2022, to answer the charge.

Tonja M. Stephens, 54, of Stafford, NY, is charged with violating a court order, a stay away order of protection, on June 29, 2022.
Stephens was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and released on her own recognizance with a return date of July 12, 2022.
