Tarrell J. Carter, 37, of Rochester, NY, is charged with strangulation 2nd, a class D felony, assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after a domestic incident in LeRoy on July 3, 2022.
LeRoy Police responded to the incident just before midnight. Carter is accused of choking and punching the victim during an argument that turned physical. He was taken into custody and arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed without bail.
Carter will re-appear in court on July 21, 2022.

Jarrod K. Fotiathis, 27, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, a class E felony, after allegedly damaging a door and a door frame when it was kicked in on June 27, 2022.
Fotiathis was processed and arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was issued.
He will re-appear in LeRoy Town Court on July 21, 2022.
