Jessy L. Miller, 35, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with menacing 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree after an incident on Mill street on July 11, 2022.
Miller was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was issued as per the victim’s request.
Miller was released under supervision and will return to LeRoy Town Court on July 21, 2022, at 2:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Matthew W. Ianiro, 27, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th degree after a domestic dispute on Elm street on July 8, 2022, at 4:00p.m.
Ianiro was arraigned for the purpose of issuing an order of protection in LeRoy Town Court. He will re-appear in court on August 2, 2022.

John M. Stevens, 61, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with disorderly conduct/creating a hazardous offensive condition after an incident on Lake street in the village of LeRoy on July 8, 2022.
Stevens was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on July 21, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
