NYS Police/Clarendon woman arrested for welfare fraud

On July 14th, 2022, SP Albion Troopers arrested Kylie Biddle, 29, of Clarendon, NY, charging her with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree and welfare fraud in the third degree.

SP Albion Troopers investigated a welfare case from the Orleans County Department of Social Services and Biddle allegedly had failed to report the entire household income on multiple occasions when applying for benefits. Biddle was arrested and processed at SP Albion.

Biddle was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Albion court, where she is to appear in July 2022.
