Scott F. McColl, 51, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI/alcohol or drugs/2nd offense, moving from a lane unsafely and operating an unregistered motorcycle, after deputies responded to a motorcycle accident on Summit street road in the town of Pavilion on July 14, 2022 at 8:56p.m.
McColl was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on August 16, 2022 at 3:00p.m.

Ryan A. Maxwell, 19, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident Pratt road in the town of Batavia on July 18, 2022 at 1:11p.m.
Maxwell was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on August 3, 2022 at 10:00a.m.
