NYS Police Report/August 1, 2022/Alabama man charged with sex abuse

Kevin T. Kaminski, 33, of Alabama, NY, is charged with two counts of sex abuse 1st degree/contact with a child less than 11 years old, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor, in a State Police investigation.

Kaminski was arrested on July 28, 2022 for a reported incident on July 8, 2022.

He is being held at the Genesee County Jail according to State Police.

Kent J. Severson, 39, of Perry NY, was arrested after a disturbance/criminal mischief incident in the Town of Perry on July 28, 2022 at 10:54a.m.

Severson is charged with menacing 2nd degree/weapon, menacing 3rd degree, criminal trespass 2nd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree/previous conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree/alcohol, a class E felony and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st degree.

Severson was released on recognizance after his arrest.

Elias Rivera-Flores, 31, is charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, assault while confined in a correctional facility and possession of contraband in a prison 1st degree, all class D felonies, after a November 17, 2021 incident in the Town Attica, NY.

Rivera-Flores was arrested on the charges on July 27, 2022 and held.

Dominic Cave, 33, is charged with two counts of assault 2nd degree and possession of contraband in a prison 1st degree, both class D felonies, after a May 20, 2022 incident in the Town of Attica, NY.

Cave was arrested on July 27, 2022 and is being held.

Mykel J. Caldwell, 22, of Syracuse, NY, is charged with introducing contraband in a prison 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, in the Town of Albion on July 31, 2022.

Caldwell was issued an appearance ticket.

Jonathan Taylor, 39, of Rochester, NY, is charged with introducing contraband into a prison 2nd degree, two counts of introducing contraband into a prison 1st degree, a class D felony, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony, in the Town of Albion on July 31, 2022.

Taylor was issued an appearance ticket.

Jamiles S. Marrero Gonzales, 24, of Albany, NY, is charged with contraband to prisoners 2nd degree in the Town of Albion on July 31, 2022.
